I have one peice of advice, and there is NO EXCUSE to why you can't do so:

JUST GO AWAY FROM THE SPAWN!!!

just killing at spawn then the people get the hang of it and make a war at spawn and its like....
you spawn
your being killed within 10 sec
you spawn

etc.

1: There is no PVP.

2: Just run really fast. Sprint out. They can't get you if you do.
