WHY?:
I have been apart of noobscraft since the old version. I think it is time I started a town, somewhere I can build a small community. help people as they claw their way to survive. Noobscraft has an incredible environment, people, staff and many many more things. I need to be apart of this server, I need my town to have its own icon, to become one of the greats!

EXPERIENCE:
I have hosted several servers, been moderator in others, but I have supported noobscraft from the day that I started playing! my other experience really doesn't matter, the main reason I am not going into detail. all you need to know is that I love your server and I will build a GRAND city that people will look at in astonishment!

TIME:
I spend as much time online as I possibly can, I also plan to hire staff for the town so no one will ever be without help!

PLAN:
my plan is this, I love fungus bomes, so I am going to wall one off, protective nature. a few expensive plote will be within the wall, there will be normal plots outside it a lot cheaper, this will be decorated to a high standard. Market, spawn building fortifications and much more.
my plan is to help as many people as possible to give them opportunities to make money and move on up int he noobscraft world!

WHY?: I have received so much help from mayors and staff in the past, that I think I'm ready to step up to the plate and start a community on Noobstown. I feel like I can add a great community of people to this server and hope to continue that for many years to come.

EXPERIENCE: I was a TA in Nova for a long while, and have dreaming to get a town ever since. I am experienced in leadership positions and have helped as many people as I could with commands help, donations, questions, etc. I forgot to mention this in the original post, but I am also experienced with kids in the autistic spectrum (i.e Aspergers).

TIME: Weekdays: 1 - 4 hours     Weekends: 1 - 8 hours (Time Zone is EST)

PLAN: In development for four years, Celestia is designed to suit any type of player, from the avid farmer to the wealthy nobles. I plan to have plots in many ranges of size and multiple public buildings for the community to enjoy and share. Thanks to various donations, I have the 900k required to make a town. I plan to settle on a river south of Ethereal; southwest of Skyland, which I believe is a good location that has plains to build on as well as a nice forest to have other buildings in. I have also planned out different events for my residents to enjoy like decorating competitions, repair and fishing parties, and Mob Arena get togethers. The town will filter through the active members, certifying that the town has a member base that will actively support the town and not build a hut and leave it for 4 years. I also have population milestones to encourage members to get more people in the city and on the server in general. Such milestones include spawners, mcmmo areas, parks, statues, activities and more. My goal is to make a community that will be remembered as one of the greatest communities in the world, not judged by power or size but by respect and knowledge. IGN: Squonkybox

Why?: I want to donate to this server, but I don't have much money to spare. I enjoy this server and wish to give something in return. Some of the few things I can give are my time and my art. I wish to create a town that can provide for the varying creative styles of it's citizens. A town that stretches into the sky and burrows beneath the ground and reaches over land and sea. My hope is that this town will attract the people that view it from places like PlanetMinecraft.

Also, I have travelled around noobscraft for a while and found that most of the towns have a rather specific theme. While it is nice to have a uniform style, most people's building styles are very different. I wish to make a town that thrives on the variations of it's citizen's styles.

In summary: I wish to donate through art. The town will be art focused and loosely skys****er themed.

Experience: I created a town of 12 people on another server (server name removed).

Time: I spend a lot of time at the local library, so even if I am not on the server, I will have the forums in a background tab. I will have plenty of time over this summer to dedicate to the creation of this town.

Plan: The town's will be named Skyreach. It will be loosely skys****er-themed. I have saved 1.35 million noobz. I plan to found the town by the coast by the sandbar between the cities of Elysium and Gotham.

Why?: well im going to be succinct as possible here as im not the best writeras you will see below
i have been on the server for all most 3 years i was the mayor of Nova in V5 i am hard worker and motivated to build this town and i have 8.4milion nbz burning a hole in my pocket lol

Experience: i was mayor of Nova in V5

Time:i work 4 days on 4 days off so on my days off i play maybe 8 hours every time i am online i also live in the uk and i work nights so am online late at night

Plan: i plan to build  a town in the same style as my wilderness house /visit cruisinkiy if you would like to have a look

WHY?:
I have played on this server for almost half a year now, and the entire time all I did was keep adding onto my home base.  There is nothing else much for me to do building wise for myself, so I now want to focus my time and efforts on making a town.  I am very exited!


EXPERIENCE:
I have a moderate amount of experience running a community.  Me and four other friends set up a G-mod server and had a town community set up which I was the mayor of.  Eventually, some strangers from my high school joined, so I do have experience dealing with stranger's problems, listening to each person and solving problems in the most democratic way possible.  Our G-mod server was capped at 15 people so we couldn't grow beyond that, but it was still a good experience as the role of mayor for me.


TIME:
Yes.  I am available every day to run my town, and will continue to be available every day for the long-term foreseeable future.


PLAN:
So far, the only person I know that will join is my friend, who is going to be the Co-Mayor.  Once I receive approval for my town however, I will immediately write on the forum describing the town to other players, which will make some of them (hopefully) want to join.  As far as plans for the town, it is just going to be a Shrek-themed town with popular landmarks and settings from the Shrek franchise created in the Minecraft world.  There will of course be a section for stores, housing, and everything else that a town needs as well!

By applying for Town permissions you are accepting the rules of a Mayor, these include:

- The ability to take care of a community of players
- To make good decisions that are fair and acceptable
- To understand all in game rules and ensure your citizens do too
- An understanding that everything within the town is 'shared' and is not yours to keep. Money deposited in the town bank is to be spent on town related purchases
- If and when you become less active you must be willing to pass your town to a high ranked citizen
- To be a good listener and open to take advice from your citizens
- Be able to take control of situations that occur in town (Fights, arguments and what not) [b]You should be the one to report any rule breaking to a Noobstown staff member[/b]
- The understanding that items such as chests in towns do not belong to you. If and when plots are cleared the items do not go to the town or yourself.
- Town must grow to at least 10 Members over a 3 month period of being created. Towns are not to be created for small exclusive friendship groups, they are community orientated and must be run that way. This does not suggest you cannot run towns with friends but simply means you must be willing to accept members outside of your friendship group. If you are not an open town you should often accept applications or requests in game to your discretion.
- Understanding that town permissions are your responsibility and that you are responsible for the permissions you set. For example: Setting a plot to public which is then farmed by a random player.
- If a player has griefed your town, you are responsible for giving them power and this is out of our hands. We do not deal with permission based griefs. We do however allow Mayors the right to know who griefed them, to ensure that mayors are able to take appropriate action against them in their land. e.g. Kicking them from town.
- You must have the required money to purchase your town at the time of the application (or a short period afterwards).

If at any point the Noobstown staff feel you are no longer responsible for handling the town community, we will take the decision to revoke your town access. The Town will then be passed onto another high ranked town member, a member that is able to show more responsibility.

Causing any problems to players within your town such as removing money and leaving will result in a permanent ban.

Please understand that becoming a mayor is a highly dedicated role and you are responsible for a lot of players. We take towns very seriously and our communities enjoyment within them. [b](No dictators in our universe)[/b]

I would like a town because I always towny play and I find this server a lot of fun and I'm really nice and great ideas to build in my town and it would be fun and role play I like and just build a great empire and allow people in my town and then play and act by sea and by land and roleplay that's what I like about towny and your server

EXPERIENCE:
I have lots of experience with towny I started two years ago with towny and in those two years I have huge gelling and now I get more of it than before and I find it very nice to play so that's my reason

TIME:
I'll definitely know a lot online at least 20 hours a week

I would like to be the biggest and most beautiful town on the server and I do there very best for me and I certainly fun ideas large buildings and beautiful cities and empires and forts and ports that stuff all
