When i started my town, I asked a few questions on a forum, somebody gave me this list of all the commands that are useful for town building. I am simply copy and pasting AlbatrosV5's post.

This really helped me in making my town, enjoy and happy town making.

/town mayor only shows the main commands that you can use, there are many more not listed from /town mayor, there are even more that aren't listed above.
