R2U2D2Y, by snapshot, do you mean screen shot? If so it is different depending on what type of computer you use. I know if you are using a mac, you need to hold down shift, command, and the number 3 at the same time. Or you can go to your system preferences and click the keyboard. Then check the first box that says "use F1, F2 etc. for their standard functions." If that box is checked, I believe F2 is the screenshot button. For a windows, isn't it F2 or F3? Try one of those. I hope this it what you meant by snapshot.

yes thank you, speaking of F1 F2 and F3 how do you check what cordenates your at and how deep you are underground

Over that button is F3 if you are using a Mac, I think it is also F3 on a windows.
