You are new to Noobscraftia correct?

Well, I have prepared a little mining guide for you.

This will help you on your adventure with Noobscraft.

Once you are a member (I hope you are), You may be asking yourself a few questions. Like where do I dig?

Where is a good place to make my house? etc. etc. etc. Well, first off I would go to the mining world. (/spawn

to your left through the mining world portal.) Once your in the mining world travel a few hundred blocks to

where it looks griefed. I consider the mining world your "go crazy" world. As you shouldn't build your house

there. If you do it will be gone the first of the next month. (It resets monthly) Once you have gotten a good

amount of supplies. (I would say around 5+ stacks of cobble, maybe some coal, iron etc.) Go back to /spawn

and turn around. Sprint until you see ~Wilderness This means you have made it to the

wild to build your home. I travel around 3km (3,000 blocks) from spawn before digging into the side of a

mountain to make my house. I would recommend doing about the same. Maybe travel more.

I hope my guide has helped some of you fellow noobz in your adventure. I hope to see you around! :3

my technique for mining is to dig straight down until I hit bedrock.  Then I mine forward and make random turns here and there.  The digging straight down part is risky though.  For example, you might land in lava.  Regardless of risks, I do this and it serves me pretty well.  I find a lot of iron, coal, and redstone.  I found some diamonds, but these are rare (duh >:( ).  I make a new mine every time I go to the mining world.
