A furniture like plugin

I know this is gonna sound stupid but hear me out...
We all have a house of some description be that a swamp, A diamond house or simply a town house
But what about a way to make them houses come to life...
I suggest a furniture type plugin which would enable us to turn ordinary building blocks into seats and such.

On my offline maps, I use MrCrayfish's Furniture Mod. It has nice furniture that you can build. Also Decocraft has some interesting furniture that can be made.

On Noobstown we don't run any plugins which require the use of client-side changes in-order for them to function, everything we currently (and that we want to offer) is available in a completely fresh vanilla install of the Minecraft client. Due to this we don't want to add features which would require the person playing to have to edit the client to add extra things (such as the furniture pack) to be able to experience all of what we're offering.

If you know of any furniture plugins or have any ideas for ways we could do this which don't involve the player modifying their client I'd love to hear them.

This is actually what I meant sorry my bad but it's a step in the right direction and it adds a different level of usability to the homes we make.

I did find a plugin, the Möbel plugin for furniture: http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/furniture-plugin-möbel-plugin.6006/

It has the following furniture:

sofa
chair
lantern
largetable
table
tent1
tent2
tent3
campfire1
campfire2
barrels
gravestone
tv

I checked it out, it looks very good. What I wonder is that it might cause lag on the server, but I hope the admins consider this plugin.

Mm, the fact that it uses complex armor stand structures will certainly cause some lag.
Not even sure it'll work at all outside of the Wild world, seeing as we can't as of now place armor stands elsewhere.

Honestly I don't see the need for a chair plugin on the server.
