Additions to 'noobstowny' feature

Hey Larry,

A few things I'd love to see personally, and I hope many others do as well. And since we're on our own noobsTowny version of Towny, maybe it's possible now.

rules, and a few more default options
If I am new and shopping around for a town, I wouldn't mind figuring out what the basic (or extended) town rules are. Exploring the town and finding signs (and it being different (and usually incomplete/outdated) in every town is time consuming. However, I would not mind if I get a quick overview of the FAQ, or a link to the forums when doing /t <name> or  /t <rules>

Just how it currently says :open[no], :public[no], it could have, :farm[yes], :plot_farm[no], :grinder[yes], :plot_grinder[no],  :mine_down[no], :min_plots[1], :max_plots[3], :staff_positions_open[0], :guests[no], :max_build_height[100], :rules_url[" noobs.town/town/x/rules " ], :plots_location["/t outpost plots"], :plots_resale[no]

how it visually looks, not up to me.

bit of extra info of each bit:
:farm[yes], This town does not have a farm for residents
:plot_farm[no], This town does not allow you to have a farm on your plot
:grinder[yes], This town has a grinder for residents
:plot_grinder[no], This town does not allow you to have a mob grinder on your plot
:mine_down[no], Mining down is not allowed, building down is allowed (basement, farm, storage)
:min_plots[1], You can have at least 1 plot
:max_plots[3], You may have up to a maximum of 3 plots
:staff_positions_open[0], There are 0 staff positions available for this town right now.
:guests[no], This town does not take guests as residents, please register to be a member first.
:max_build_height[100], Your plot builds can not exceed more than 100 blocks from ground level.
:rules_url[" noobs.town/town/x/rules " ], extended post on the forums with all the town rules, ask questions here
:plots_location["/t outpost plots"], Available resident plots can be found here (t spawn, t outpost x,y,z)
:plots_resale[no], You can not resale your plot, if you leave, plot sale gets reset to town default, money of sale goes to town.

our town is called "x", so doing /t x info or /t x full, might spit that out.

Also, could we please prevent permission abuse on plots, when someone leaves their plot? If a resident parts with the town, gets kicked out, or otherwise loses ownership of their plot, could it reset to the town default settings, and plot price?
I'd love to be able to set this somewhere, so we don't give away a free plot, and they leave, setting it to some price and cash in on that. It's extra work, not needed (in my opinion) and it would also prevent others in town from buying the plot when they weren't supposed to, just to grief the resources on it and cause drama.

/t set plotdefault on (uses the below settings, otherwise ignores it, meaning these override whatever)
/t set plotdefault nfs (forces it to be set to: not for sale, so others can't buy it)
/t set plotdefault price (x nbz, force is to x noobs, in case nfs is set to fs in above setting, defaulting to this price here, money goes to town bank when purchased)
/t set plotdefault canbuild off (forces permissions so nobody can build on the plot, until it gets owned by someone else, avoid griefing)
/t set plotdefault candestroy off (forces perms so nobody can destroy, until it gets owned by someone else, avoid griefing)

I hope I am making a bit of sense.

i hate being away for a week, coming back and someone has ruined a plot because some player left town, it was for sale and someone who wasn't allowed to buy more plots got it anyway and started building on it.
