I think it would cool if you could use capes for your skin character. I'm don't know how capes work but I'm guessing there just like skins and it would be awesome if you could get capes on this Server. Who agrees with me?!

Capes are currently only given out by Mojang for special things, or are a result of a client side modification.

We currently have no way to give them out on the server without changes to your client (which Noobstown doesn't do) and so this isn't likely to happen anytime soon.

If you want a cape, you can download the cape mod, which allows you to have a cape and anyone else with the mod to see your cape. But that's the closest you can get to capes.

Dand it capes should be just as easy to get as skins. Is it becuase if it was that easy everyone would have them?

If everyone could get legit capes for their character, people could fake the Mojang cape and the Minecon capes.

If possible, the admins could get permission from mojang and make a cape. then you have to buy it for a certain amount of points. optifine did it. so did IC2. plus, that woukd be awesome. everyone would see it.
