I have been witnessing many people saying they are getting sick of the server. a quick solution is adding more events into the server. Start filling up those portals and worlds in the events world so some can have a better time. If any help needed i will be glad to help

Hmm, I think that is not only a job for the adins/mods. Players could organize events too (or come up with ideas). They don`t have to be big events (they can be only for 2 hours or limited to a town if organized by that town, ...).

As an example for a typical weekend event:
Find a desert, mark a few plots (not towny plots) with torches, put up some chests full of sand and announce (2 weeks earlier maybe so people can fit it in their schedule) and host a competition about "who can build the best sandcastle in 2 hours".
(everyone is allowed to use 5 blocks of smooth sandstone in their castle to enable gates and opening that are not possible with sand alone).

I've seen someone do a redstone event before, where people had a few hours to come up with a useful redstone structure.

Perhaps this kind of competition could be spread out over a week, so people have a while to come up with something useful with redstone and then the rest of the time to create it.

I know personally that if I was in a redstone competition I'd want to play around on my creative file so that I could test it out since redstone requires so much testing to make sure it works.
