It is my understanding that fire, lava, and TNT were nerfed because griefers and trolls were using them to cause no end of trouble for the actual players on the server. This was a good idea then because there was no whitelist in place and anyone and his **** could log on and instantly begin pouring lava down peoples chimneys (or lapis lazuli rooves). Now however, there is a whitelist, and the odd griefer or troll who log on to cause trouble will find that they have to sincerely make an application to play, and answer questions, and then wait for it to be read by Joe and approved. It is my thought that the average garden variety troll will consider this to be too much trouble, and go troll someone else's server to hell. Therefore, I officially request that the fun and danger of fire, TNT, and lava be un-nerfed, as hopefully, the griefer problem has been more or less quelled. Perhaps we can just try it with some or all of these things added back into the game for a week or so, and if everyone feels that it is safe again, we can bring them back permanently. If you agree, please say so.

 


Then perhaps just some of these things? like lava and fire? not creepers and TNT? perhaps we can just do one thing...     sadface.jpg...

fire spreads way slower then it used to now, sometimes it doesn't even spread a block nefore it goes out

i never said it should be allowed. im pointing out fire isn't as dangerous as it used to be, when one block of fire caused a tradegy to every block that can catch fire around it

tnt is only PARTIALLY nerfed btw, it can still kill players which also counts as griefing when you set tnt traps. If you're going to nerf it, why don't you nerf the tnt so it can't damage people also?
