So i was having a chat with some of my friends on the server and we were talking about mods. I personally like to decorate my home and was talking about a furniture mod when it was brought to my attention that people of the minecraft community have created one command block commands in vanilla minecraft. I think it would be a great idea to have one or more of the admins /summon command blocks and copy paste those one command vanilla mods and then sell those items to players.

I believe there are reasons why Noobstown does not use one command block creations.
Firstly, several one command creations - such as your mentioned furniture command - are available in plugin form. I do believe there was a topic about that recently.
Secondly, complex command block creations require extremely fast redstone clocks which could and would cause a large amount of lag on the server.
I personally am greatly interested in one command block creations, and often use them, but I don't think they are meant for Noobstown.

Most of those they say do not work with bukkit which spigot the server uses is based off of so I'd highly doubt they would work
