Any admins, mods, and players alike interested in buying a European-style house in Noobstown / Morningwood?

House includes: --pics are available but will send through e-mail because files are too large to upload here-- come see house for yourself too! ALSO, more will be added to the house as it comes to mind

                         * Furniture, extras, and perks throughout the facility
                         * Entrance is built with an automated sticky piston door that is two blocks wide
                         * 2nd level has the master bedroom, and also has a nice balcony w/ rooftop access
                         * 3rd level has an enchantment loft w/ glass structure & complete w/ a library
                         * Basement is built w/ a big, well-lit crop farm (alloted that land is 15x15), includes an animal
                            breeding farm which already has animals in it; as well as a 3-station brewing stand
                            complete w/ 2 cauldrons and has an infinite water source.

House $$$:
         
                  It is now valued at $600,000 noobz (Six hundred thousand)
                 *I asked fellow players and said 2.5 million is too much (sorry i didn't know the economy value lol)
                 *Best offer still acceptable, auction if need be


Price breakdown:
           
                            House design & basement(+ labor): $300,000 thousand noobz
                            Crop farm(+ labor):  $150,000 thousand noobz
                            Animal farm(+ labor):  $150,000 thousand noobz
                            Enchantment table & Brewing station(+labor): now included for free!

I dont think anyone will buy it cos the richest person rite now only has 127k. + could u also show a bit of the inside. Other than that it looks nice :D

So im guessing you are iamwithlj? if not then i am really interested in the house cos i like the inside. I would buy it but im not that rich so how about if i pay you with diamonds. First can u state how much it would cost with Nbz and if u are interested if i could buy with diamonds. Also if i do eventually own the house wat would u get rid of from the inside to take as ur own.

@qwertyrandom- yes, i'm 'iamwithlj'. im glad you like the property. the basement is awesome cause it has everything you need, therefore greatly reducing  the 'go out and hunt for food and crops' deal. i know that it's going to take a while until ppl start hitting the price range of the house but i'm willing to wait and enjoy it for a while, hha.

property is priced at $600,000noobz. (i want to start my own town and or nation and have every aspect of
mc ideas in it)  i'd prefer noobz as a trade off value. i'll consider your proposal though cause i can sell those diamonds. (but you'd have to give me alot of diamonds lol)

if you purchase the property, the only thing i take is my chests and its contents.

No offense, but this is too much for a townhouse.
And this doesn't look that great for 600.000 nbz
I mean, you either make this house worth the 600.000 (what nobody has yet :D) or take down the price, in other case no one will buy it :P

You can look at my house in MapleForge, I hardly sold it for 10.000, though it's a very good one.

@SatoAV- none taken.
                but the price is not final, (as stated) and i want to start my own town/nation hence the value.
               
                also, given that the land is only 15x15, creativity is confined and i made the most out of it by including
                all the necessities (crop farm, animal farm, etc)
               
                by looking at the pic, its ordinary and may look standard, but if ur in it, its awesome.
                Although, thanks for the input, it always helps when i get others perspectives. see u in game.
