You can go to spawn by /spawn. Set your home with /sethome (Get back to it with /home)

You can build in the wilderness/ Towns. Join a town by: /town list then /town join (name of town) Or join wilderness by typing /spawn and turning all away around and walk far out.
Go to mining world to get your resources. Type /spawn turn left corner into the mining world portal.
