What is The Magical Quill?

The Magical Quill detects the birth of magical children and writes their name down in a large book. To find out if your name is in the book, you need to find The Magical Quill and then submit your registration details on Pottermore.

todays question was in what chapter did McGonagall cancel the quidditch match between gryffindor and hufflepuff. take that and multiply with 42.
that was the clue
the answer was chapter 14
so...
14 x 42 = 588
so you type in the adressbalk http://quill.pottermore.com/588
then you would be taken to http://harrypotter.warnerbros.com/harrypotterandthedeathlyhallows/mainsite/index.html#/photos
and between the photos was a picture of a quill with a pink background.
and if you klicked on the photo you could klick on another link to register.
that was todays thing to get to the early register.
but you have to be really quick the places are full so fast.

I woke up at 9am and registered at 10 am but 2 hours later all places were taken.

please tell me you are planning on seeing all the films 
I read all books in dutch and english and watched all the films atleast 2 times
I went to the night premier from 7 part 2 with 7 part 1 before it but it was not in 3D
so I went later that week to the 3D one and saw all glee caracters in 3D 2 (I love Glee (almost as much as HP)
