DLC = suck.  That being said, some of it looks promising, but they showed virtually zero gameplay.  As such, hard to tell.

No, cause Xbox has already failed twice, 1 they will remain to have paid online playing, and 2 they will have an always on connection, which means you can't play games, not even single player or watch any movies without being on the internet, makes sense right!? ._.

And when one of their developers tweets this, cause people complain about the always on connection, they know they have messed up.

Microsoft just sucks at so many levels, and I will never in my life give them my money, cause they don't deserve it, Sony all the way!

I'll stick with my PC and Wii U thanks you very much. I've never been a fan of Xbox, and my dad landed a TV on my PS3 A few years ago, never got it fixed or replaced. :/

I bet Xbox one only has a couple of new features(Which may be rubbish), and worth triple the amount than the normal Xbox. That's why I never buy new xboxes with a little few things added. (ETC: DSI and DSI XL) XL is very more than DSI even though it's a tiny bit of a bigger screen so worthless buying)
However, I have Xbox360 and I only play one game on it.:P

The xbox one's trade policy, always online, and other stuff are horrible. i keep saying to my self i will never buy it. but what makes me still save up for it is the fact that halo will be continued on that i have been playing halo ever since 2005. and now have every halo game. I just cant go without halo.

Also Microsoft expects you to have your internet on literally for ever. every 24 hours the Xbox is checked for internet to make sure your not playing games you shouldn't be. and if your internet is shut off or something. you cant play literally any single game you have. i'm starting to convince myself to not by it. if i find another source of how to play upcoming halo games for Xbox one i'm definitely not buying the Xbox one

There are people in leadership positions in the industry that seem to have been convinced by some advisory panel that customers want always-on connections and micro-transaction DLC and expansion packs.  After all the trouble with Simcity 5, and the issues Maxis / EA have had with prior releases, you'd expect that they would sort these things out.  There also seems to be a movement towards digital distribution over traditional physical game sales, but I walk through the store the other day and see Minecraft for the 360 on the shelf, as a physical game disc in a case.  Rather unexpected...

I'm not a good candidate for market research, myself, as I likely won't be buying an Xbox One.  I'm only now even considering the purchase of an Xbox 360, and that's contingent on seeing a price drop following the Xbox One announcement.  The only 'modern' era console I've bought has been a Wii, and the games I've bought for it have pretty well all been Wii exclusives.  I still get most of my games on a cartridge.

Be interesting to see how things go now that the Playstation 4 is expected to undercut the Xbox One price.  Maybe the PS3 would have done better had it not been priced higher than it's competition?

Edit:  I just read over the E3 news on the PS4 announcement, and noticed that Sony has made it clear that the Playstation will support used games.  Maybe physical distribution of games isn't dead yet.

I heard that with the PS4 you will have to pay for online gaming. Which makes sense since they had it free for so long.. :o

I would pay for it if it dident get hacked by anonymous again wich if you look on their website they are already planning attacks against the new gen consoles

This is why I like my PC. Even though it can be hacked if i'm not careful.

Exactly why I'm mainly a PC gamer.
