I ran a 5k this morning.. My time was 22m 17s. Have you ever ran a 5k? and if so, what is your best time?

I did in on roads and for 500m on the track. (400m starting on the track, last 100m on the track)

I ran a bit in high school. My freshman year I ran a 19:04.8 in our last meet. Placed 61st out of a couple hundred.
