Anyone played 7 days to die?

Has anyone played 7 days to die before? It's kind of like minecraft but different in many ways

Just seeing if anyone has played it before, due to I'm thinking of buying it, and don't want to buy it and find out it sucks :D

I have played it for a few hours, it a 6/10 at it current state because of bugs and short gameplay. If you want to play it, I'd at least wait until it's on Steam or out of Alpha.
