In 2013, I interned for an organization called Together We Rise. Together We Rise is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of foster children in the United States. Together We Rise is up for 10,000 dollars and we need all the help we can get. One vote is all that is needed, but an additional vote can be made if you tweet, post on the facebook or email to someone else. Children are our future and they need our help and with this money we could provide children with duffel bags filled with goodies or help a child ride a bike for the first time or simply just let a child be a child. Children should not be neglected, beat down, told they're not good enough and this is our chance to let them know that people care and we hear their voices. Let's see what we can do together!
