I can switch it on and off
just focus on the emotion you know you want to feel
if necesary take acting lessons
I can cry at will and act like anyone want (not that I do that)
if you feel your emotion is getting to high leveled just take a deep breath and take your time
example:
I was pushed of a fence ones at school
I was angry and sad at the same time.
I only wanted to show them the angry part
so I took a deep breath
hold it
and only focussed on getting the crying away and after that on the angry part
it wont take that long
but it will take some practise not letting it take to long
but this does not work with everyone
but its worth trying
when you are getting to high you should take a deep breath and think about if its really worth that and what you gain by being so very angry
ooh and most of the times or only high emotions is called over emotional its a common thing
so dont worry about you being the only one
just focus on the girl you like
