Say a prayer
« on: 24 May 2013, 00:05:30 »
or keep me in your thoughts, if you aren't religious. My mom is having surgery in the morning to remove a mass on her colon and I just ask that everyone keep me in their thoughts and my mom as well. It's been a rough week or 2 weeks..seeing as how they found a tumor on her liver as well. I'm not asking for this for attention or sympathy...I'm really doing this to vent or rant or whatever....I've been on an emotional roller coaster and I don't have a lot of people to talk to so I turn to talking about it here. haha

Thanks for all the friends I've gained since I've joined this server. Great people.

Absolutely, Gamer.  I have done so already and will continue to pray for you, your mom and your family.  God loves you.  He sent his only son to die for you on the cross.

Isaiah 53:4 - 5:

"Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted.  But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed."

May you find comfort and peace with God as you seek Him.

oh bless you, l hope all goes well for her and for you. l cant begin to imagine what you have been through, l can only hope that things will get better for the both of you, although it may be a slow struggle back to the top again but lm sure you have the strength to carry on and to be there for her when she needs you and l hope that you can find one person who will be there for you when you are struggling and need someone just to be there, l know what its like not to have many people who you can call on to be there... all my hopes and warm wish's to you and your mum xx

Wanted to update all my noobstown friends who have kept my mom and I in their prayers, in which I am appreciative. My mom came home today and is doing well...just taking it easy for the new few weeks. We hope to know what all of this means by the end of the week. Hoping the tumors are benign. Thank you all for keeping us in your thoughts, it means a lot to me.
