Noobstown General / Where can i build my home?

I was wondering if i could build my home in the mining world. I  saw it resets every month so if it resets will it delete my house and chests as well? If so where do i build a home?

Hello i just recently tried registering for noobscraft and when i registered and confirmed my email i got the message on minecraft that i had been updated to member. But when i log in it still sais im a guest. I made sure i registered with my minecraft username and i did, I tried re registering but it didn't work. Im left out of options and im confused :P I was looking forward to playing on this server so if anyone can help me out that would be great!!
