never mind, I figured it out.
I used the crouch button and it worked. I didn't know shift meant crouching cause I've been using a different key for it since I first started playing minecraft.  >:( :P :3

Most memorable moment was pretty recent at the boat race, it was my first boat race ever, but somehow I got second place. :) it was such an awesome moment.
