Noobstown General / Re: Town Applications

Me and PsychoticMinds1 would be creating and building this town.
Name: Aspen
We want to establish our town at the coordinates -105 X, 103 Y, 7573 Z.
Current balance is 576,150
I want to create a town because I want to give the members of Noobstown a larger variety of different towns they can join. By that I mean there are certain themed towns and giving people more opportunities of different themed towns they can join they will be more likely to land in the town that fits their building style.
My town will be different because I will have the main spawn be up in the mountains giving it a mountainous medieval theme. I will also make sure I have town events for the members who choose to join.
I will be able to put forth at the minimum 4 hours a day on the week days and more on the weekends.
We planned on having res plots with the default chunk size as 1 plot(members would be allowed to own 2). We would also have a shopping district with the default chunks size as well(only one to be owned). A farm will be created with a 2x4 chunk area allowing the residents to get food, wood, etc when needed. The reason why its gonna be so big is so one member cant hog all of the materials and food there. And last but not least town hall is gonna be built with a 4x4 chunk diameter.
