Hello everyone! The stale but nostalgic smell of hot air and the burning heat of the sun has reminded me of the summer I joined Noobscraft, and the memories I'd made not only that summer, but the many others I'd spent with my fantastic friends in the Noobscraft community. Looking back at how long it has been, I've realized it had been six years since I joined Noobscraft in 2012! Having been gone so long since last I'd played, and missing many of my old friends which I had spent countless hours with, I have decided it is time to make my fateful return to the community! I may still cringe a little at the immaturity of myself back in the day, but that still doesn't change the experiences I've had with the community, and hope to see some familiar, and even some friendly new faces, as I return to the game.  I'm sure we'll all get a chance to catch up in game, so I'll leave this off with a thank you to the community, and wishes that the good times will never end! P.S. I have a huge structure in the wild I regret building, and am planning to take it down in the near future. If anyone ever gets bored and wants to break something with me...

Some people might remember one of these I made for my 300th post, but this is half way to 1000! I've been on Noobscraft for over a whole year now and have made some great friends, it's good to be here and I don't plan on leaving any time soon!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to use redstone? How about how to make your builds look better? Or do you just want to learn how Minecraft works and what it's really like behind the pixels? Well then my V6 Minecraft School is for you! On a certain day not yet decided I will have classes to teach everyone who wants to learn more about Minecraft Vanilla or even how to use some of the plugins on the server. Most classes will be free (like plugin classes, or what Minecraft is like on the inside) But some classes will cost a some Noobz due to the fact I will have to pay for materials or there really hard to teach/time consuming. So if you want to learn about Minecraft a bit more, come on down!

Some people might remember the great battle with San in my little plane I had in V5, well the time has come again to rise up and fight an unknown enemy! My plan is to build a fleet with a lot of small planes and one to three big ones. It will be a challenge, so if anyone wants to join in this epic creation of a battle, post below why and how you can help, and I will see if you're fit for my army! Commander Edix out!

A lot of people may still have questions about why Bukkit is taking so long, some of this might be covered, but most of it isn't really.
The first thing is that a lot of the code for servers has been massively changed, meaning that the Bukkit Team has to basically remake Bukkit, not all of it, but most of the key parts of how servers work has been changed meaning more work for EvilSeph and the rest of them. And as mentioned there doing this for free, and like the Admins, have actual lives to tend to, making it even harder. The good thing is that not all updates will be like this, only this one because of the new code, so when they got the first stable build ready, updates should fly out a lot easier. But that's not all, there is also like Fatnoob said changes in chunk saving, meaning that like he said if we played in 1.6.4, even with back ups we would still lose almost all are builds, including chests, so it would not be very beneficial for anyone.
This also includes plugins, I usually use a small private server to test plugins with friends and such, and a lot of plugins are going to need to do a huge overhaul to be ready for 1.7.2 and most of the plugins Noobscraft uses will probably change too, meaning that the server would highly change when it converted from 1.6.4 to 1.7.2, and not in a good way. If you are still confused, look at it like an 1000 word exam, that is kind of like coding, but it more would look like this to someone who has no idea: #HFGJ%&^%EYTRT%$W^T$REGR$ See what I mean? confusing, now lets say the exam was lowered to a maximum words of 500, so you have to change it a lot to make it work with the new requirements, most of the stuff has to be deleted, and you can't just delete half of it and say "done", you have to make it work so you can get that A+, or in this case a stable Bukkit build.

So, some people might wonder about the little girl thing, so here is the back ground of the character, and I'll tell you more about why I choose this after:

Samantha Maxis was, reportedly, born to Ludvig Maxis and his unknown wife. After his wife died, Maxis made sure she was always close to him. Due to his research, however, he neglected her and failed to notice Richtofen's experiments on her. As the experiments went on, Richtofen discovered more about Samantha Maxis as he learned more he grew to hate her and Dr. Maxis, perhaps due to Maxis' attachment to her or due to what she and Maxis had become. When Richtofen trapped Samantha in the room with Fluffy and activated the teleporter, she was teleported to Griffin Station. There in a panic she accidentally came in contact with the M.P.D. and took control of the zombies. In an effort to stop her and free her so that Richtofen could operate it, Groph and Schuster found and brought Maxis to her. However, Maxis told her to kill them all and was killed shortly after, sending Samantha over the edge and on a rampage to destroy all of Group 935, which had betrayed and killed Maxis. After Richtofen trades bodies with her to control the zombies, she and the super soldier test subjects activate Maxis's backup plan and incinerate the earth, leaving Richtofen trapped in her body and able to control the zombies on the Moon and the remaining zombies on Earth.
After the events of Moon, Samantha traveled back in time through unexplained methods and found herself trapped in Agartha in 1918. Upon learning of her disappearance in the present, Maxis sought help from the Earth's survivors in opening a dimensional rift to the Aether, allowing him to overthrow Richtofen, commandeer the Aether's energy and open the gateway to Agartha to reunite himself with his daughter. After the Group 935 excavation site in Northern France was overrun with zombies, Samantha was able to convince the young Tank Dempsey, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki, and Richtofen to free her and send her back to her own time.
However, due to the end cutscene of Origins, it is argueable just how much of this has really happened, and what is only in the heads of Samantha, and her friend Eddie.
So now you have the story, but here is the reason I chose his character. Some of you may not know but I like to LARP (live action role play) even at the age of 27, it's something I've always loved to do it and Minecraft is the perfect place. I also am a bit of a... dark person in real life, even though I may look full of joy in game, and this character is a good match for me (other then the female part). But now you know more about the character and why I chose it.

So, after spending about a month and a half playing pretty much every game possible, I've come down to this list, if you would like to post your own, do it like this:

So, now for mine.
1: Paper Mario & The Thousand Year Door. I remember being about 20-22 when this game came out and I had played the original and decided to pick it up. I had just gotten a game cube so I was excited to see what it would be like this time around. After about 4 sleepless nights I finally completed the game, but it was such a good game I did it again and again. That game just has so many memories to it.
2: Sonic Generations. I actually didn't start playing this game until about 6 months ago when I picked it up for my PC. It was actually really enjoyable as it brought back A LOT of memories from childhood, it was actually so fun that I went and played my Sega Genesis for a bit in my man cave (Attic) and spent two hours that I could of used to mow the lawn beating the original three.
3: Assassin's Creed 3. This game was probably my favorite Assassin's Creed. Some people didn't like it, but I got a thing for the revolutionary war and it was just great, but I have to say the story was a bit short and I would of liked it to be a little longer, it's still fun to run around Boston/New York and kill patriots with the over powered weapons you have from completing everything, and don't get me started on the Animus Hacks.

So on Friday after work my boss came into my office and said "Start packing your stuff, you won't be working here anymore." Thinking that I'm fired, I pack up my stuff and put it into my car, he then tells me to go drop something off for him to are new shop that just opened up (he was an old friend, so I agreed.) When I got to the shop, I went inside to find a list of names of the people who were going to be working there, and to my surprise, I was on top of the list as the HEAD MANAGER, which means I will be the one running the show in the shop, this is very exciting for my life, as this also comes with a raise  http://goo.gl/m1oWjF But anyways, I will still have lots of time for Noobscraft, since my new work hours are 6 AM - 3 PM...

A while back, about half a year ago a said I was "Leaving Noobscraft". That wasn't really that correct... I just made this post to say why I left for those odd two or three months to clear up any confusion. First of all I had work, so I didn't have much time for the server, second of all I wanted to try out something new, since I kinda wasted half my life away on Noobscraft. So to clear it all up, I am here to stay for years to come, and I never left you, I was always watching *Creepy smile*

Present: Sonic CD JP 1994 was the 8th year of my life, and the new game Sonic CD had just come out, I didn't have a Sega CD or anything, but when my aunt got back from Japan I got what I wanted, a Sega CD and Sonic CD, I still have the game.

Also, I my choice was classic, since they were challenging but easy to get into, and modern games just don't have the same feel, i guess if you grew up in this generation, with modern games, it might be different, or if you like the graphics, etc. but i will always like the classic games, i play them everyday. And the best part, it's fun to play them over, and over, and over.

So your probably worried about V6 and losing all your money, items, builds, and levels and wondering "what good can possible come from this?" so i have made a list of what good comes from it.
Builds/Map Reset: Have you ever walked out of spawn, and looked at all the grief, holes, and useless builds? Well there is a great reason to reset right there. We will have bigger borders, for more builds. We will have plots so we can't get griefed, and with the new rollback system we won't have to look at the wastelands created by time. And with the new museum feature we will be able to look at are builds! (Remember this isn't forever.)
Money/Towns: Your worried of losing all your Noobz and having no money at all, but everyone will be like that so the millionaires will have to regain all there money too, also you'll have a chance to get more money through hard work. People will want things at the start for building town, structures, etc. so you gotta sell them what they want. And with towns, towns will be cheaper, and you have the chance to make a town like Dragonfire, Kingdom, or any of those other towns. But remember, it takes a lot of hard work.
Items: Have a bunch of unorganized stuff that is over flowing your chests? Or barely anything at all? Well with the items resetting everyone has a chance to collect all those items again, so people with nothing can get stuff, and people with over flowing chests will have what they need, anyone from V5 or before will be able to be even if they were to work at the same pace.
MCMMO Levels: If it's either your level 1000 skill, or your level 1 skill, everyone will get a chance to race to the top of the mctop because will all start at the same time, meaning that you will be able to beat people in different skill, and maybe lose in others.
Some other things: Look at the new features being added! A casino (probably gonna have my birthday there lol) and some other things like auto spleef! Some things that i don't believe are confirmed are Survival Games, The Walls, and CTF (Capture The Flag).
Well thanks for reading my topic, i hope this is helpful, and remember this won't apply to anyone who joins the server in V6 only if they joined in V5 or before. Another thing, if i made a mistake or you have something to add, don't be afraid to post it!
