Would it be possible to broadcast a warning at least 15 seconds before the server goes down for an unscheduled maintenance?

It would allow us:
A. to pick up any items still laying on the ground (for example I was just taking down rooflike obbiblocks from above with a lot of the fallen blocks still laying at the ground below and now happily despawning into oblivion once the server gets back on).
B. to get somewhere safe, for example when mining near lava, being inside a mobgrinder or simply diving. Especially since we seem to spawn for the server while the clients are still loading.
C. to get off ladders. Sometimes the clients don`t seem to like it when you are logged out on a ladder and has problems loading the terrain (timing out) when you try to log back in.
D. finish a conversation (especially if it`s longer than 15 seconds).
E. to simply log out ourselfes or at least prepare for the aprupt disconnect. Instead of suddenly staring at the disconnect screen.
