Hey guys, i know ive been inactive alot lately, but its some problems that have come up irl. As soon as the server is stable with 1.6 I will come back and be alot more active as i will start my town (Abraxas Peninsula)

Ive noticed that Loads of people apply for op (me included ). And I noticed nearly everyone who plays the server applys, even the newcomers (not that theres anything wrong with it). But personally I think there should be some sort of Requirments/Regulations on applying such as:
You need to have been on the server a certain amount of days/weeks or You need to know your way around the towns and be social with people.
I know theres alot of problems with plugins and stuff right now, but It would be nice for Noobstown's carnival to be fixed as people will go there alot.
I think the forum should have a changelog on it so we could see whats getting updated and things. This would also tell us what plugins are outdated/updated.
