Hello, I remember when I first joined noobscraft and I loved it ever since. I was just looking at all the old forum topics with Twisted_Lovers smart ways and Miner_man's daft little posts that used to drive some players up the wall.. lol good times. Anyway, I'm hoping to come back, I had some problems lately. My granddad passed away on the 1st of May this year(he's really my dad because he brought me up) so its been very difficult for me. So I live all by myself now.. Again.. I currently have not internet at home, because of money problems, I'm using the library computers right now, but son I'll get internet in my house again, give it a month or two, then everything will be ok. After I get internet again I'm coming back to noobscraft and start a new! I seriously cannot wait! Its gunna be soo good!! Lol Anyway I hope everyone is well and take care, I'm going to check some more of the forum.

Soooo... my computer has shut down on me once again... I can't believe it! I have to use my granddads laptop to write this lol. I took the comp to my aunts boyfriend and even he can't seem to get it back up and running this time. So now I need to spend money to get it fixed.. ._. If I have to do that, I'm going to make sure that it gets fixed, permanently. I'll be making the call to get it sent away today so I'll probably be able to give you a date to when I can get back on after that.
I'm actually making the call in a second, so I might have a date then =D. In the mean time, I hope you're all well and take care. Also, don't be too sad about me being off.. A little.. But not too much. lol Jk

Hello everyone, I have decided to make a game where you can win stuff, I believe it will be a lot of fun if everything goes well.
Okay so, how the games is played: I will hide a cheesy face somewhere in the whole forum, and what you need to do is find it. It will be hidden in someone's post on a particular thread. The face will have some things added onto it so you can't search for it via the search option, I didn't even know we had that until joe said lol.
Okay, this is what you are looking for: '=D' it will have something added onto it so it can't be searched, like a code if ya like. It is also coloured like that so you know that's it. This face will be hidden on someone's post, it can be anywhere on the post so look carefully.

Hello there, I'm going to give you information on how to use the /Grief report properly. We have been having some problems with this of late, like players reporting griefs at main spawn, large amounts of grief reports on the same area, reporting any random grief in the wild, and in some cases you will have some troll grief reports.
I will show you how to use it and how not to use it.
HOW TO USE THE GRIEF COMMAND:
The command is, /grief
When you have been griefed walk up to the damaged area, when you use the command it will appear in our grief list. When we click on it, it will Tp us exactly at the place where you were standing. ONLY 1 REPORT IS NEEDED FOR EACH GRIEF! Making loads of grief reports for the same area will not make us come any faster, it doesn't work like that.
Another thing, after you have made a grief report, please don't ask us "can you come look at my grief now?" or "come fix my grief!". We will get to the grief as soon as we can, we haven't forgotten about you, we are just most likely very busy at that time.
IMPORTANT: If you insist on making loads of grief reports for the same area, you will most likely get banned for the misuse of the command.
NOTE: When you have made the report, you don't have to sit about waiting for us to come, we will get to it whenever possible. Also, please make sure that you are right next to the grief, don't use the command when you are nowhere near it. It can result in you being banned because when we get there it looks as if there is no grief.
GRIEF REPORTING:
We have been getting a lot of grief reports from players that just report any random thing in the wild, so I would like to make a common rule with you all.
1) Please use the grief report only for yourself, if you see something out in the wild that looks griefed to you, leave it alone. If the person that owns the griefed area wants to report it they can if they so wish.
2) If you have accidentally used the grief report, please do not just leave it, tell a staff member straight away so we can remove it. IMPORTANT: If you do not do this, it can result in you getting banned for reporting false Griefs.
3) Please do not use the grief command for trolling. If you do this, you will be banned from the server.

Okay so I have decided to give you guys a piece of my most loved tunes when I was growing up from 8 to the age I am now, 24. I am into my music in a very big way, I listen to everything from classical to techno(trance) to death metal. I have picked out some of my old fav's that I think you might enjoy(don't worry, its not any of the classical stuff lol). The first group I want to show you is 'Underworld', they are a techno progressive trance group that started in 1987. The first one that you'll see is my top favourite as well as my friends. I have had a few complaints about residents losing their houses in Glasgow, this is due to the tax.
1) Look at rules and information regularly, /town spawn Glasgow(Make it a weekly thing to do this)
2) Tax for home plots: 50Nbz per day(In real life day, not a minecraft day!) residents have been getting confused about this also, make sure you have this amount every day.

It has come to my attention that the maximum land has been risen in a town called Cliffside, Cliffiside was apparently destroyed because of money issues with a bug but the the town was offered back to the owner. All towns have a maximum land limit of 896, the town of Cliffside has a maximum of 1096, that's 200 16x16 plots worth of land more than what we have. This is obviously compensation due to the money bug but I think this is extremely unfair to all the other towns. If you add 1096 to Cliffside you should add the 1096 to ALL towns, its only fair.
If you agree with this you should post here, lets get our towns have another 200 plots!

From now on Buckfast_abby will be called Glasgow and the nation of Glasgow will be called Scotland!
I am changing the names over because I think it will look pretty cool. Glasgow is a city in Scotland and I think it will fit together quite nicely.
So if your wondering what happened to Buckfast abby, nothing did happen, the name was just changed!

Hello there this is buckie, I have just made a new nation called Scotland.
If you are a mayor and would like to join a nation please join mine. My nation is special, I have been working on a spectacular building called the nation building, I built it for all the towns and mayors that are a part of Scotland. If you join the nation, the mayor of the town will be awarded their own nation chair next to the god emperor's chair and all of the other mayors chairs.
I made this nation for a reason, I want all the towns and everyone a part them to be closer. I would love to see all the towns working together like one big massive community.

Hello there, this is buckie and I need some hard working people for Glasgow
I have learnt a lot in the past few months, I had a lot of TA's and I began to understand that a lot of TA's just doesn't cut it, especially when they don't even do anything to improve the town. Its something that I won't be doing again, the highest amount of TA's that will be in this town is 6.
A TA isn't so you can be higher than everyone else in the town, a TA in my eye's is someone that is dedicated to the town and wants to improve it all the time. They must be hard working and enjoy building and destroying things, they must be helpful with all the residents whenever a resident needs help, they must know all the town commands that are available to them(they will be listed on this application), and they must understand all the TA rules(will also be listed here). If I ever ask you for help, you need to come straight away, no excuses like, "oh but I'm doing something else right now" or "ok give me an hour and ill be there", this is unacceptable.
Being a town assistant is hard work! Lots of digging, mining, cutting, building, destroying, helping residents. DO NOT apply for TA unless you are up to the job! Its a very big responsability and if I or any of the head Ta's see you slacking in any way, you will be stricken off.
I will be looking at this post regularly, do not tell me in-game that you have done an application or, "can I be a TA now?" It just hinders your chances. When I have looked at your app and decided if you are going to be a TA or not you will get a message from me saying that you have be chosen or not been chosen.

TOWN ASSISTANT COMMANDS
BASIC TOWN & PLOT COMMANDS
The TA can use almost every command the mayor can use, I will list the most important one's here,
/town claim(/t claim)
Will claim the 16x16 chunk you are standing on(For each chunk it costs 2,500nbz, do not claim without my permition)
/town unclaim(/t unclaim)
Will unclaim the 16x16 chunk you are standing on
/plot forsale(/plot fs)
Will put the 16x16 chunk that you are standing on up for sale as a plot(you can only do this when you have claimed the land)
/plot notforsale(/plot nfs)
Will take the plot down that is for sale
/town deposit(amount)
Will take noobs that you own into the town deposit(You will need to do this regularly if you want to be a TA)
/town add(player name)
Will invite the player to town(make sure they read all the rules before you add them! This is very important!)
/town kick(player name)
Will kick the selected player from town
SETTING COMMANDS
When you have made a plot and you want change it to an embassy or shop:
/plot set embassy
Will set the plot you are standing on as an embassy plot
/plot set shop
Will set the plot you are standing on as a shop plot
/plot set reset
Will reset the plot back to its ordinary state
TAX COMMANDS
/town set shoptax(amount)
Will set the towns shops to tax paying shops
/town set plottax(amount)
Will set the towns plots to tax paying plots
/town set embassytax(amount)
Will set the towns embassy plots to tax paying embassy plots
It is most likely that you will not need to use the tax commands, the shops are already paying tax but I do not see anything else paying tax in the near future.

TOWN DEPOSITING
You may have seen the command "/town deposit" up on the list, if you want to be a TA you must put noobs into the deposit for the towns development and upkeep, it is the TA's duty to do this as well as the mayor. The town's daily upkeep is 850nbs and the town development is particularly expensive so we need noobs going into the deposit all the time. Don't worry if you don't have a lot of noobs, I'm not talking loads of noobs, only what you can afford, every noob counts.

APPLICATION STEPS:
There are 3 simple steps I want you to use for your application.
STEP 1
I want you to take a look around town(/town spawn Glasgow) and I want you to look at it carefully, I want to know what you would do to improve the town and what you would like to do as a TA.

Okay so I don't know if this has already been an idea/suggestion already but I would be over the moon if there was an auction, an auction to the server would bring soo much more enjoyment than it already is, how great would it be to have an auction every 15mins or so and it has this really amazing item that you've been looking for? Yep, it would be soo amazing.
You guys need to have this, it would change the gaming experience for everyone for the better.

Hi there, I am buckie and I own buckfast abby. I'm not going be put up much information about the town right now because it is under a lot of construction and I'm not adding any new players to the town until they are complete, but expect a lot of great stuff in the town in the near future
Oh yes, one more thing, will people stop going on about the morningwood thing? birdman and I have spoke and the issue has been sorted and for people who want to know why I was soo close to the town, I did not know I was near any town, I never knew about it until my town was 2 weeks in so there!
