Suggestions & Ideas / Better VIP kit armor

I was thinking the other day about the two armor kits available for VIPs. There's the veteran, which has speed I and haste I, which everyone who has access to it uses. Then there's the VIP armor, which is exclusive to VIP's, yet is completely useless other than for show. If the VIP armor is so exclusive, then why doesn't it have any perks? I was thinking that a good kit, meant to be exclusive, but still balanced, would to have the armor with the perks of the veteran set ( haste I and speed I ), along with protection I, or maybe even a regen boost. Just a thought, but I have gotten lots of support for it so far.

theres a bukkit plugin to combat x-ray mods. might help prevent many people from getting banned :D (not sure if noobstown is a bukkit server though)
