The reason why I decided to do this is all because of nebih. He (probably) jokingly said to make a shop dedicated to making skins ( http://www.noobscraft.com/other/skin/), and that inspired me to make a skin making shop (also because I have NOTHING to do other than Reddit all day long). Anyways, let's get onto the skin shop stuff. It is like a hybrid of a picture topic and a market place topic. How is it market place? Well, you have to pay me 4000 Noobz before I make you the skin! If you need a refund, that will NEVER happen. I start as soon as I see the request. If you are lucky, and I did not start making your order yet, then you make a refund request, that will happen. Tips are appreciated (both the money and advice kind)  There's only a few things you have to do... Give me a LOT of details for your desired skin. I cannot take a hint easily. If you don't provide enough details, I may produce something not desired. I can't take a hint. Also, my computer times are from 3:30pm-5:15pm, and the occasional nighttime play periods on school days, and MUCH, MUCH more on the weekends. I'm a GMT -8 guy. Examples of my work:   Also, only have one request for each order. I will only work on three skins at a time, so do not attempt to ask if three people asked for a skin already. Read the rules? Type in "Rules" if you did. If not, your order will not be considered... Also, you must look like you read the rules. P.S: This shop will only be open when I rise from the "Minecraft dead" and become active again. The reason for this is because the payment will help only when I'm actually ONLINE. Your skin should have arrived. If not, I'll post it here if needed. I also prefer replies (I should start a shop dedicated to making skins  ) Also, I use Paint.net to make my skins.

(I know, I've been voluntarily inactive for months now) If you've seen my skins, I've made them myself. I'm not looking for payment, but if you describe this nebih person a little bit better, then I can at least try to make a skin. WITH SHADING. You know you like good shading on skins. Some of my previous skins: <-- Current skin, it's of me in my favourite clothes.  <-- My FIRST.  <-- Failed Zero attempt. <-- Used to be me in casual, but irl, I didn't have a red hoodie.  <-- Survival Island skin.  <-- I honestly don't know. If you feel like using any of these anyways, go ahead. I need credit though. Otherwise, I can make you something, as long as a proper description is provided (3-5 adjectives, I can't take a hint that well ._.)

I'm going to be updating. And have the obnoxious achievements start all over on me again. I somehow don't want them to go away though Things will be possible in 1.3: (The ratings are my opinion) Stackable signs (5/5) Dispensable lava and water; loopholes ahoy (4/5) Cloud computing Ender Chests (4/5) Books you can write (4.5/5) Tripwires (4.5/5) Exp revamps (5/5) Harder creepers (2/5) Cocoa bean farming (4/5) Awkward pistons (2/5) Smoother boats (5/5) This isn't everything for 1.3 though. It's just a few things to keep in mind.

Anyhoo, let's get straight to the point, as nobody cares too much about other stuff. I plan to make a giant railroad system all across Noobstown with stations near towns and stuff (if the mayors and stuff approve). The reason why I decide to do this instead of making it a suggestion is that no one would take the burden of making a railroad all over the map. I also plan to make it mostly underground, but if that's not possible, aboveground work will suffice fine.
When I suggested this for my town, Twisty, a TA and mod said that would take too long. Also, since I will need time for myself, along with the occasional procrastination, I'd like recruiting people to build, gather, dig and maintain. Some things along those lines. It seems like such an unnecessary idea, yes. The thought of finishing this just gives a nice sense of achievement along with some slight convenience.
Like I said, this would be unnecessary, and this may sound confusing. A reason as to why I feel like building this is because of the feeling of achieving things, along with having something to do. I won't be building this starting from the moment I post this. After I get all the permissions for town mayors and the whole approval of a large-scale construction, along with builder buddies (yes, builder buddies. The term workers just seems disapproving and unfair), then that's when we will start building.
Last thing to say, I really hope this will gather some attention and stuff. Not sure if the future of this is bleak or not, just shoot some suggestions at me or something. If I feel the bad outweighs the good (admin disapproval is an instant idea killer), this won't become reality. Just saying what I think of doing on Noobstown. (This is my longest post in this forum. Ever. For now.)

Someone could teach how to level up skills more efficiently. As in Mcmmo. Maybe I can teach some redstone, even as a learning guy. I know a fair amount of rules in redstone, so I could do it. Otherwise, I'll just be the creepy dude who walks around.

I have been fishing around recently for exp, and it takes around 6-10 mins to level up at level 123. Perhaps we could make the rate of exp a bit less tedious in this way: For every 30 levels, you get an extra .1 to your little multiplier. Example: Lvl 30! Yay! Now I have a 1.1x exp rate for every fish I catch!  When I'm Lvl 60, I'll have a 1.2x exp yield If I'm at Lvl 120, that's 1.4x! Woot! If 30 levels is a bit high, maybe 40 or 35 would do great. This would make me a very happy camper. Also, something else concerning mcmmo... Parties are either strange, messed up or just me. When a higher fishing leveled person catches a fish, and I'm in their party, I don't get exp. Even if the fishing guy is the leader. Please consider P.S: This applies to whatever is totally tedious, your choice.

I remember a funny yet useful tip I used to have when I played on my old server. When I would fill in the sell part, I would put in a negative number in. It's cruel, but it certainly repels money thieves.

I plan on getting a shop... If I have the funds. Maybe I'll ask DiggyPerro for a loan, then make a fishing shop beside his. Now that's a loophole, but doesn't feel like one. He sells fished up stuff along with me, but I have my own plot. I'll be getting a nice sushi bar Along with a place to sell my armour. Fished up armour that I don't need. It will be cheap. Since Perro is loaning me, I feel like I should be giving him some of my funds. P.S: I can't vote, the annoying pop-up won't come out. I'll search around!

So today, I was thinking of building a dojo, so I started to build a dojo. Twisty informed me that may not work. If PvP on plots fail, even with /plot toggle pvp. I really would like to build a place where you can train mcmmo levels and hone your PvP skills in general. I'm just hoping /plot toggle pvp will be able to make my dreams come true, possibly along with others! -proudly sobs-

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but Dynmap is a plugin that allows your server to have a map of it the the website. Plus, people viewing Dynmap can talk to people in the server. I know it's good because I used to go on a server with Dynmap installed.
