Just wondering, if maybe it would be possible for villager eggs to be buyable from a server shop, these villagers wouldnt be able to trade but would just be there for visual purposes. It would really bring some life to some builds and I would love to use them.
Just a thought.

As a person who was also playing in v5, I will agree that v6 is better. The only way you could guarantee safe land was to join a town but that restricts the sizing of what you want to build. Yes, more people played in v5 but a lot of the people who played in v5 are grown up. Minecraft has also started to die down in popularity, so less people in general are playing. Nothings wrong with the server really, all plugins are perfectly functioning, the economy is good ( yes, about 50% of the nbz are owned by 10 people but about 40% of the worlds money is owned by 20 people, and theres no 'flip the switch and start over button' for the world) The thing that made the server great back in the day was the community and its family friendliness, I'm not saying that it isn't now but since a lot of people played for the community back then and a lot of people just grew up and stopped playing, more stopped playing because others were leaving and it just goes on until theres what we have left today (I'm aware I'm guilty of this too). Also survival towny non-pvp servers aren't as popular as mini game servers, it takes time and effort and dedication to get far in this server and some people just don't have the time. Anyway, i just thought i should participate on this post, it peaked my interest because I've had many debates over the years about this type of topic. See you guys sometime in the distant future, time for me to crawl back into my shell  (Everyone loved the days of v5 (Myself included) but this could be exaggerated due to nostalgic reasons too. V5 was great because the community made it great. 50 -60 people on daily that co-opperated and were civilized was what made v5 great. The server was definitely flawed back then.)

Id just like to thank Larry or Itslawrence for being such a fantastic admin the past few months. He has been managing the servers plugins and making small but very useful changes for example the /xpcheck. Yet at the same time he has been making huge changes like the wild update, towny update and the apocalypse merge.
Sometimes we may poke fun of you Larry but at heart we are all extremely grateful that your such an amazing admin. Thank you.

Hey guys, as some of you may have noticed I'm rarely on anymore, this is due to I'm always a bit busy around this time of year. Also for a while I just haven't been that interested in minecraft as a whole, people that have known me for a while are probably used to this as I do it at least once or twice a year. The admins have so much on their hands right now, it would be almost impossible for them to make one right now. And even if they did, I don't think they would try to make one.

The admins already have too much on their plate, making a custom one would take too much time and honestly any new enchants would be overpowered.

If your friend got banned, he broke the rules. If your friend truly loved this server, he wouldn't risk getting banned. Also the staff didn't mean to ruin his or your fun, they were doing their job. Also a unban thing in shop, no thanks.

Thanks for the compliments, just rewatched my videos, I forgot how much fun I had making them. Unfortunatly the mod i used to make the videos won't work any more, I made them entirely by myself but i can't anymore. The mod allowed me to essentially freeze my vision in place but my player would still be moving. Thanks for reminding me about them : )

This may not be the place where I would comment on something but I might as well. Foob and Lawrence are working on several different projects right now. The server merge is one of their priorities but the merge is more easily said than done. Trust the admins, they're great guys. Its harder for them since they recently lost an admin but they will pull through and do their best to make both communities happy. Have faith in them

Agreed, if you have a huge house there are bound to be places that are look like they are lighted but are not and mobs spawn, its infuriating.

Just an idea, maybe we should have a head shop? I don't mean heads that are rare or look cool but heads that could be useful in day to day building. Here are just a few suggestions: Arrow heads (heads that have arrows pointing in a direction) book heads (a book) number heads (heads with numbers on them) glowstone head? These are just a few, anyone have any more suggestions please reply!
