Seeing as though my post in the "Apply for Op" thread was ignored, I figured I'd post it in a separate thread.
IGN: Bens_Dream
Age: 16.
How many hours per day: About six on a weekday, and nine on a Saturday/Sunday/Holiday.
Why you want this role: I'd like to help people on the server, and deal with people who break the rules.
Past experience: I own my own server, and I've been an admin on five other servers, and a mod on three.
Time zone: GMT +00, London.
Additional information: I've made a form below which includes commonly asked questions in whitelist/moderator applications.

Age: 16, though I was moved up a year in school, which means I'm taking my A levels early.
How often do you play, and for how long?: I play for between 8 and 12 hours a day, every day without fail.
Why do you deserve Moderator? Be as thorough as possible: I'm Ben, I'm friendly and I'm willing to help people. I love to run shops in Minecraft. If I were modded, I would request to build a shop at the spawn. It'd be small, though it'd go deep underground and overground, as well as recessing into the bricks, so that I could maximise storage. I play a lot of Minecraft and I'm an experienced builder. I've hosted a server with CraftBukkit and plugins, and I know a lot about plugins. Not as much about CraftBukkit, though I am able to use it pretty well. I'm very experienced with plugins. I would say that I'm a good builder. I've built many redstone contraptions, towers, houses, etc. My best creation would be either a giant, circular glowstone tower, a house with a ton of redstone contraptions, or a 50x50 hourglass reaching 100 blocks in height. I've been told I'm mature for my age. I can often resolve and defuse difficult situations. I often try to sort out arguments that my friends have had. I'll help prevent griefers as soon as I see them, I will defuse any negatively charged situations in chat. I'll also happily build anything you need built around the spawn area or elsewhere, and help anyone who needs assistance or information.
-Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I'm an avid gamer, and I love playing Minecraft, GTA IV, and other free roaming games. I'm also very academic, and I'm taking Economics, Maths, French, Graphic Design, and Music at A level. Apparently I'm quite funny too.
-How much time could you be on the server weekly?: At least 8 hours a day, so 64 hours a week. This is an absolute minimum!
-How long have you played Minecraft?: Since The start of Beta, so around Christmas 2010.
How much bukkit plugin experience do you have? I've essentially created entire servers for players I don't even know by suggesting plugins for them. I've also created my own server with Bukkit.
Are you a good builder? If so what is your best work? I built a giant pyramid with a spire (50x50) with a patterned wool and lava floor on another server. I quit that server because the owner is actually crazy. I'm in the process of building a castle in SMP, completely legit.
Can you conduct yourself in a mature fashion? Yep, I'm 16, though was moved up a year in school and I'm mature for my age.
What can you bring to the server? How can you make the server better? I make pixel art, help players out, build things, make Photoshop logos, and generally suggest things to make the server better. I speak fluent French, too, which means I can help out a few foreign players who come to the server. I've been playing Minecraft a long time (Since the start of Beta, so around Christmas 2010), so I have a good knowledge of the game and its plugins. I have a lot of Bukkit experience, and I have created my own server.
