That is not the first post about the limited friend issue,
But i agree, there should be no limit to friends that you can add, or at least make it so that you can buy more "slots" to add more friends....

Neat little plugins. The tree thing is a cool aesthetic thing but I would gladly take treecapitate over that one if noobstown was going to implement any kind of tree felling plugin.
That combat one is whatever. Noobstown isn't really PVP focused and those mechanics already exist in some of the weapons in Tinkers Construct.
treecapitator & Tinker construct are actually mods, meaning its not like plugins -> In this case everyone will need to download mods to get on the server, and as far as i know there are a lot of peoples in the community that don`t know how to install mods, or just lame to do that...

Well if you want to have some kind of modpack (for example ftb pack) , you just can download the launcher, start it, and it will do everything for you. If you want to manually install 1 or 2 mods, you just downloading forge, making new folder called "mods" at %uppdata%, and placing the mode there, and you are pretty much done... Installing mods for minecraft is way more easy then you thinking

Well that is exactly the poll i wanted to make a while ago, and somehow i mange to forget it.
Anyway, this is a great idea,
but even if fatnoob decide to create another server, it may take a while, as he will need to get new map/spawn, plugins, and maybe even more staff.

There no actual need for this topic,
There nothing that could be done with the "too expensive" cap, there no plugins and no config, you can`t change anything to remove this,
Sure, someone can program a mod for it, but it will be just waste of time,
And also in 1.8 {snapshot} the "too expensive" cap got removed....

Love the idea dude, Maybe stocks could be based of the sales of certain made up "Companies" for instance Perfect Pumpkin Pies co. and depending how well the pies sell on the auction house increases the stocks
Why made up companies? If there will be added stock markets, why not to make an option for players, to create and use their own companies....

That's normal for you (not for Taco) since you're not a Veteran nor a VIP so you need to apply to the whitelist thread when it's created (soon enough I guess). Since my plans for this night went down the drain I'll be here to apply too

Well you just answer your question, in your question.... (sounds weird, i know.)
the original release needed to be in the summer, like week or 2 after the close of V5, but mojang made 1.7 update and they delay it....
now with all updates about the progress, the map, and how the plugins works, i am sure that they will release it very soon, probably even next week or two (but i don`t know for sure)...

I think that you will get your 1 month of VIP after the release,
Because you "Won" the prize, and if i remember right, in the rules was mention that you will get your prize, when V6 will release, so.... hope it is answered your question.

I don`t think that there is ability to set custom NPC`S (guards), But it would be cool idea to give that option to the players.
