WHY?: As a TA of NetherFrost, and a dedicated member of it for over a year now, I would like to revive it. Recently NetherFrost has not been doing well, because many of the main town staff of it (including me) has been too busy the last few months to give it proper care. Now, gaining more time, I would like to take place as Mayor, and get it back up in the fast approaching V6. Me, the current Mayor, and some of the other TAs and members want to work hard, and make NetherFrost a great town once again. We have been working on a few plans the last few months of what to do right when V6 has started. We know we can accomplish the task of making it an amazing town, that will get many constantly on-line players to move in. As a speaker for the NetherFrost residents, we hope to stick around in V6.
EXPERIENCE: I have been a TA of NetherFrost for about 10 - 11 months, and been a huge contributor to it.
TIME: Although I have been offline for a long time, I am getting less busy, and more free time, and I shall use it on my town. I plan to be able to get on for at the very least 6-7 hours per day.
PLAN: Our main goal of course is to find the perfect location, and then start getting everything ready. Sadly, I only currently know that there are about 4 other people in town I know that will help, but I am sure I can get some of my friends outside of our town to help. We plan to set rules for the houses, no "dirt houses", but we will not be too strict for first time members, and we plan to make sure town is kept well organized. We will have what we believe every town need, Farms, Animal Farms, and Market Stalls. We also plan to keep many original things that was done in the past Netherfrosts. We will be in a Snow biome, have brick roads, spruce trees all around, and a similar spawn. We plan to do much more, but this is only are starting off plan, once it gets going, we plan for it being amazing, from festivals and parties, to games that everyone in town can participate.

I globug100 accept the liability of the role and all of the citizens in my town.
I approve, although I won't be mayor, I will still be a part of this town to help out.

It's not even the fairness it's the fact they only go off of what 'proof' they have. They don't even listen to exactly what your telling them, they just want to be thick skulled and go off what proof they have, which ironically i bet if a player asked to see, they wouldn't let them.
As well they don't warn aside from language.
You're expected to read the rules and never break one of them.
Language is the only one you ever get warnings for.
We ban based on proof because of the fact that many players who break rules lie to us. Almost 100% of time, if you ask someone if they broke a rule, they will say no or blame someone else. Proof is kept private due several reasons such as personal privacy and the whole server doesn't need to know that this particular person broke a rule. In my opinion we are totally fair, we give people the ability to make a ban appeal, some of us hand out many warnings, and rarely has a case of banning someone who actually is innocent occurred. Keep in mind, we are not allowed to ban players without proof. You should be able to trust us that we are doing the best thing for the server when banning players.

There's plugins that work with the economic money system. When you kill someone in pvp a small amount of money is deducted from the loser's balance and placed in the killer's balance. [/quote] There are also plugins that allow you to collect the heads of players you kill. They are like zombie heads but have the players skin and name. It would be very amusing to have a wall of heads. The money idea probably fits this server better though.

Unfortunately you won't keep your items if you die in lava for as others have said, this is survival. As for all of you who are suggesting we remove the PvP death item protection, it was you all (Noobstown community) who suggested players keep their items in the first place. If I remember correctly, there were very few people who disagreed at the time. If you do feel that strongly about it, try thinking of suggestions. Say, even I think a type of bounty system would be cool!

Hello everyone. I am in search of someone who wants and is able to run a nation. Lindajhut, for those who knew her, gave me the nation because she just doesn't have the time to tend to it's needs. I am not interested in running a nation and I think there are other players out there who can make this nation great again. This is why I need someone to take it off my hands. I am going to speak to Linda about anyone who is interested in buying the nation because she will want to have a say in this.
