Why do you want to be a Prefect?:
well i love this server i like the community we have here and i want to give something back to the community, this server has a friendly caring community and i would like to do something to keep it this way and help the community grow and enjoy are time on the server.
Unfortunately i cant work because of health issues so i have a lot of free time and feel like being a prefect will give me something to focus on and achieve something meaningful for myself!

No... a moderator is their to moderate the server, being sure people follow the rules, helping others if they need it.
A mod is not a person to help out a Admin, where did you get that from? They can help out, but that is not in any way their main job.
Also you stated that a tutor would:
- Help members
- Keep chat rules enforced
This is EXACTLY what the moderator does, again, this rank would be pointless, and will probably never be implemented, because as I already said, it is extremely pointless.
so having a group of people dedicated to giving people advise when needed and answering questions is pointless ok! it works very well on other servers and helps guests settle in and feel welcome knowing there is someone there to help!

Tutor = Moderator... I don't see why we gone add another rank, that will do the exact same as a moderator, just with a different rank.
The whole point of Moderator is to help people out when they need your help, so this rank would be extremely pointless.
the point of a mod is to to help admins out with staff building projects and enforce the rules of the server a tutor is there to 1. help members 2. keep chat rules enforced. and its a good way for admins to see if someone is capabale of becoming a mod/admin

I've seen on some other servers that they have a tutor rank, the tutor is the first run on the staff member ladder and are responsible for helping member/guests with any questions they have whether that's about towny commands or just questions about the server, they also have access to mute and kick commands so they can intervene if someone is breaking the chat rules and there isn't a mod online, its a good way for admins to see whether some one is a good candidate to be a moderator or admin. any comments welcome

How often are you online: im online everyday id guess for about 5 hours im not sure tbh i know its ages lol
Why you want this role: id like this role because i love the server and love helping people and i want to give something back to the server i cant work so i cant provide donations but being able to help other people and the server would be great!
Past experience: well ive played minecraft since it came out on xbox and loved it so i brought it for pc so ive been playing for awhile now but i have no experience as a moderator but im a quick learner and everyone has to start somewhere

Other information: not sure what to say here but id love to be a moderator and give something back to the server ive been a few servers before but none that have been as good as this but there are things i have learnt from those servers id like to bring to noobscraft

maybe you could offer people currently on the server a % of there money for the restart something like 10-20% that way people still have a reason to earn money up till the restart.

i think we need a tutor rank its basically people who know a fair amount about minecraft and can take the pressure of the mods so i.e someone wants to know how to craft something instead of wasting a mods time they ask for help from a tutor.

you dont gain money from mobs killed from a spawner its only mobs spawned in open play and the plug in randomly sets amount depending on which mob it is, e.i. zombie 1-$10
