New? / I'm back (my life story)

So I've been going on this server again recently and have been chatting it up with some of you guys. My new favorite thing to do is to rant about the olden days(~2012). So I'm just going to rant about my experience in noobscraft for the next half hour or until I get bored.
edit: I've decided to put this in the "new player" section because most of you dont' know who I am
>be me, a 13y.o. n00b on single player minecraft.
>only use stone tools because "i'll waste my diamonds"
>get bored.
>try to install some mods
>such n00b that I have to reinstall minecraft.
>decide to try multiplayer.
>planetminecraft finds noobscraft for me.
>Spawn into giant castle. Biggest rooms I had ever seen.
>Can't break or build blocks.
>Spend the weekend walking around giant spawn castle trying to find the minecraft part.
>Eventually wonder into mining world.
>build myself a porta-potty-like house.
>gets griefed.
>timetogounderground.jpeg.
>live in a cave and get some neato stuff.
>Eventually figure out that my stuff will get deleted in a matter of days.
>figure out the /town spawn command and spawn into Port Magma.
>Turns out that spawning into the town and joining the town are different things.
>Town pretty much deserted, build on the outskirts.
>"This town stuff seems pretty cool I want a town!"
>mined cobble by digging down from the dirt level to bedrock (liek a n00b) to earn money
>raise 1k nbz
>akshully, iz 100k nbz (prices might be off)

>Build pretty neato castle. (can't find screenshots) with big wheat farm. (food was new at the time. Tired of being hungry)
>Learn that wheat sells for a higher price than cobble, and you can also sell seeds.
>Wheat breaks faster than cobble.
>Build a giant (64x64) wheat farm in basement and bring in the nbz.
>one day I walk down there and half of the wheat is gone.

>Back in the day, there was a command that would place a bedrock block in your inventory. This bedrock could not be placed but if you right clicked another with it, it would show who had placed/destroyed a block.

>impossible to damage another player while in wilderness (¬_¬)
>kind of awkward after they found that out.

>build very small spawn then start building my gigantic "awesome" house. (basically a giant block.)

>this guy nebih spawns into my town and asks to be assistant.
>pretty sure I told him "no" at first, cause this was sketchy as h*ck, but he got his way. (turns out nebih is a long-time noob, pretty cool dude,)

>mr_dr_ry was one of them, as we actually became bros
