there are 15-20 invitations for this topic only 5 will be in maybe more,here are questions you need to answer to get in.
1.requirements, must have at least 15 Posts, and have at least 5 friends. 2.read rules and agree to them. 3.i will pm you questions about minecraft if you do rules 1. And 2. Simple
here are the rules
RULES:
1.no breaking blocks
2.only break black wool blocks and rule 3
3.you can break fence only if you are standing on a pink wool block
4.you cant place blocks
5.if you are sponsering someone be reasonable like the real hunger games, once a day!
6.dont sponser someone your not assingned to
7.if sponsering someone dont just give him bunches of armor and swords and enchanting, no!
like the hunger games some mobs some items
8.allies allowed minimum 4 in a clan
9.when you die please tell us when your dead
10.if recording tell us
11.dont change your district your items are speciied so dont
and finally
12. 2 players may WIN!
there will be a chat room you will be invited to when you die
to accept respond /accept
pick what district you want to be no more than 2 i'm 2(2's gone)

I totally agree with you about the flag as an example, but there is a such thing called towny war. Something that this server would not benefit from, but is a part of the towny plugin. Lets just say towns can be destroyed and taken in a matter of hours, if you want to learn more, look it up on the minecraft wiki or you can always ask. 
This might not be physically possible, but I'd like to know if it is possible to duplicate the map on the Noobscraft server and create a "War Server" so if people's towns get taken/destroyed on the war server they can just go on the main one
Tahooper, I do not want to sound rude, but towny war is possible, it is part of the plugin, the war map might be a good idea, but it sounds like a lot of pressure on the server and admins.
yeah that might push too far for the ops but if it does somehow work i put in a application for being a op cause i'm good with servers so if the noostown map expands i'd be happy to help
