Hello

There is still an issue.  She still shows up as guest in game and when I try to log her into the site it comes back with PW not correct.  Using the one she initially signed up with.  I take option that PW was forgot and it sends me an email with new PW, problem is I am not getting the email.

Is there anyway to just remove her, beachkite from the site, clearing up whatever glitch she is experiencing, so that she can just try and apply new and fresh?

Anything you can do to fix this is appreciated.

I have tried both gmail and my internet provider email address.  I have been waiting and trying for a couple of hours.  I think when she first signed up she used the same email address as I did, so not sure if that caused issue, even though we got no error message.

I used gmail and had no issue at all, I did find in my spam folder but added it to trusted site.

I hope this can be resolved, she really wants to play :-) but without the activation she can't become a member.

Hello GG.

Thank you for allowing me to roam around your town.  It was very nice and you and your team have some really cool ideas.  I would like to be a part, you have been very kind and patient with my questions.  I want to be a part of people like that as I am very similar.

I have never been a member of a town, this will be my first experience.
I like the town, I like the people I have met that are members of that town, and I like that I may be able to contribute to its growth and success.
I have been on the server for 3 days and absolutely love it thus far. 

I hope you will consider me for a plot.  I can only afford a home plot for now but I have hopes of some day opening a shop.  I really like the area near the really big trees, not sure if a plot over there is an option.  I have about 10,000 nbz so if that isn't enough for a home plot let me know and I'll earn some more before asking again.
