Hi guys,

The reason for the merge is that due to real life commitments I cannot continue to run two communities anymore, I have tried to bring content to Apoc, but the time those things take to put together are just not viable anymore without letting the other server die out. I can't win in this situation as I do not have enough time to give to create content to please both communities, the easier way for me to please both communities is merging the two into one larger, manageable community. This is the solution we're taking instead of shutting off Apocalypse completely. I understand you're upset about lost data, but that's what usually happens in Version changes and Apocalypse is well overdue on that front, with 3 years of the same data. The server has balance issues, economy issues, outdated features/plugins that developers have given up on that we can no longer maintain and lots of things that the Elven update won't fix long term. We're offering something brand new, a great solution for both communities that will be a lot of fun.

Hey all, I would like to ask for more information about this server merge between Apoc and Noobstown. After reading this thread: http://www.minecraftapocalypse.com/news.html

Members of the Apoc community are asking a lot of questions in regards to VIP, Skills, Items, Plots etc.. being transferred. A lot of members really don't want to have to start over again and we have been kinda left hanging with very little information to go on. Many members have literally stopped levelling and simply joined other servers due to the lack of information.

There hasn't been one admin join Apoc server to answer any questions, it would be nice to get some feedback from the owners as to what exactly is going to happen to our accounts when the merge takes place.
