Why you'd like to start a new town and not just join an existing one?
I want to be a leader, not a follower. Plus, leadership is something I want to work on. Side note: I like to build and help others build as well.
How will your town be different to all of the other towns?
It is going to be connected via bridge system, with a main core/hub/spawn in the mountain
How much time will you be able to dedicate to running a new town in general?
With the moderator duties on another server, I can devote at least 1-2 hours a day

Even 20x20 plots, farms are to be up high, out of the reach of mobs
