Also you could always make a forum post about what you're offering at noobscraft.com/market/  and why can't you just right a sign saying I do redstone builds contact ...  Also the shops stuff are a plugin, I believe they aren't owned by noobstown so they couldn't change this and if it was owned by noobstown it would be complicated to do something like this.

But you have to have a lot of money for the town and you need to get the application approved for a town so it would be harder to get a spawner then just a town.

Farhaaad made a million nbz in a week from mining so just go out mining and in no time you will have enough for a town. Also you can just take-over a town which has inactive owners (2months is considered inactive).

Also I don't think you should be able to sell hostile and nooncob if you want xp just go to a public guardian grinder or find one and make one yourself.

I would say around 600-900nbz maybe for a stack of gold/iron ingots.

I have two suggestions here.
First one is: Find a way how to let town mayors see who broke the blocks in their town farm so that they can find out the person who committed it and kick them from the town before that person can do any more damage.
Second Idea: Make it so in town farms, mayors have a command to change the plot settings so that only crops/trees can be destroyed or placed.
