What time zone? 

I just walked from Piratescove and found the Gables.  I saw about 10+ signs all around the surrounding area saying "Do not grief these buildings you will be banned".  That to me seems like a fair enough warning to me.  If someone goes onto the gables and starts to grief it I definitely think that person should be temporarily banned no doubt about it.
