Why do you think you would be good for this job:  I can be friendly (Provided the people that i'm dealing with aren't idiots...), and I love to build. If i can get my hands on the right materials, I can build some very impressive structures. I tend to be more realistic with my buildings though. I'd rather live in a log cabin than live in an ice cream cone...
