April 1st V6 Update (Read 13099 times)

Hello everyone, It's been quite some time since the announcement of Version 6.0 and we now feel it's time to update you all on the current progress. Building began shortly after the announcement and has continued right up until today, we are now happy to release some of the first snapshots of the new spawn.

Actual News

Outlining the new updated forms of earning Veteran in 6.0

- Top #10 of any Skill will earn Veteran (Axes, Taming, Fishing, Acrobatics, Repairing, Mining, Excavation, Swords, Bows, Woodcutting, Unarmed and Herbalism)

- Top #10 Overall Power Level

- Prize for Events and Competitions

- Top #100 Most Active (Not based entirely on online time)

- Earn 20,000 Tokens? Well you'll be able to buy Veteran

Outlining Tokens

- Used on the Token shop which will be available in Version 6.0

- Materials can be bought via Tokens which will give you a head start in 6.0

- The Token shop is separate to the Donation Points shop (However will work in a similar way)

- To purchase Veteran (20,000)

Outlining Issues regarding Towns

As previously mentioned we will not be injecting any money into the new economy, nor will we be aiding those who have a town in version 5.0. However, because of the changes in the economy the prices will obviously change accordingly. Therefore towns will be considerably cheaper than they are now around the range of 60,000 - 80,000 Noobz.

Outlining Download our Map

As many of you have asked and wonder about, we will not be providing a download for the 5.0 Map. However, in version 6.0 a portal will enable you to travel back in time! The world will be for viewing eyes only (Almost like a museum). Eventually, as this is quite resourceful, the world will fade out. There will be plenty of time to rebuild those old building you have cherished over the past year, being able to see them live whilst you are re-building will be super helpful!

As April progresses more news and updates will be given regarding the update.

Myself and Batuus as this current time, thank you. Many of the builds are still being put up, the video was made few days back so progression is still moving forward (Video highlights a small section of the actual spawn). Congratulations on Veteran.

Wow only you two? thought it was more people working on the spawn, you guys got some good progress if you have done this in just about a week or so :)

MM is currently 9th/10th in /mctop (neck-and-neck with Anime), with the 11th place being a couple hundred mcMMO levels away. He is also in the top 10 of three skills that are pretty challenging to level: Axes, Fishing, and Unarmed. With an average power level of 470, this guarantees him at least 11,280 tokens, more than halfway to 20k. He's also in the Top 100 most active. It may be safe to say that he needs just minimal effort to keep it going all the way to veteranship. Way to go MM!

On the other hand, things like 2x or 3x mcMMO XP events in the remaining V5 months may introduce a chance of upsetting the boards. So I guess we'll never know. But good luck everyone!

It's a shame for people like me who have worked their butt of on this server for all it to go to waste. I've been playing this around summer last year and I have built myself up very well and managed to earn myself 700k noobz.

Hearing now that not only my inventory and base is going to be getting reset, I will also be loosing my very large balance.

Not impressed. I'm going to leave Noobscraft. It's been fun but I just don't want to play these servers anymore.

Then you automaticly lose everything, also its against the rules to say that youre gonna leave as nebih mentioned.
Every server will have a restart atleast once, its just unavoidable.
