We've made changes to our help system recently and this post will inform you of the changes and how to get help since the update:

For help type /ticket followed by a message

This will send a message to all online operators in which they can reply to at any point, they can even teleport to where the ticket was made.

Tip: If you have been griefed the best thing to do is create your ticket next to where the grief had taken placed, therefore and operator can teleport to where it was made and rollback the griefer. (Try not to mess with the grief leave it alone and we will sort it out)

You can also use the /ch help channel for help but please do not abuse this
