Hm, very interesting terrainfeatures. Volcanoes, glaciers, good rivernetworks, huge canyons and cliffsides and lots of nice little details.

If I was planning to build a town though (which I'm not) my favourite spot would actually be the simple (but quite big) island at -1'000,65,10'000 - reminds me of Manhattan or Paris L´Ile de la cité, Venice, Cologne.
And it has place for a great natural harbour (you could even sell townplots for shipbuilders). It would also allow for nice huge bridges once it expands to the other riversides.

That would be pretty awesome, or how about a town inspired by Venice, Italy ;) something to think about
Hm yes the small Islands could be used for that (the big one would need a few artificial channels like real Venice). 8000,65,-5000 would also be suitable for something in the style of Venice.

But I just realized what that bay/peninsula next to the Island reminded me of (I just had to turn the map 90° to see it) see attachment

That island would be close to Teltido Nation stomping grounds :) we could trade with you often

I was just wondering can parts of a town be on different parts of the map or do they have to be connected?

Normally a town has to be connected, however you can claim outposts for your town, which don't have to be attached to the original town plot.

We're talking about Noobscraft here, that would be too mainstream for us :P they're a different kind of server, remember?

It's like the lakes and boats in an amusement park.

Wow... I thought that it would be like amplified 1.7 biomes, but no. Lava rivers? Plateaus? This is amazing!
