I think there will probably be a tutorial at spawn, but usually for chunks the command would be /claim

It doesn't look like it needs to drive, it looks like you could easily pack it up and take it with you!You might only need a friend or a donkey if you fill that double chest though. Either way, that is an awesome RV!

I think the first 10 chunks (16x16 block squares) is free, and then the price will increase per chunk.  I can't say this with authority, but that's going off what I remember being said before.

There are roughly 6 other islands in the same shape as that one, and at least 10 other lovely 'small' islands.

The one south/southeast of it could pass for it's twin.  Gotta love the little mushroom islands nearby
