Back to 1.5, Notch has destroyed multiplayer with 1.6 it has horrible lag, can't update until we fix now.

Make sure you downgrade to play.

The reason for the major lags is bukkit btw. :S

It's not even Vanilla has these issues it's the new server build Notch released for 1.6

Bukkit have said untill he releases a more stable version they will not start developing the recommend build for bukkit.
