Going to try and fix this issue, its really driving me mad. The lag and crashing.

Update: Sorted the problem, lag should stop. Will be up sometime tomorrow.

About 10hours from now.

Issue: Shop may have to be removed again, back dating to an older version of Towny that is very unstable was not a good idea. Luckily towny only wiped Noobstown.
