I just had a idea, what if we could auction our homes, like you could post pictures of it then auction off the home on the site with a description. And the winner gets the plot land transfered to them automatically, and to get it on the site as a auction plot then just type a command

I was wondering if it could be worked into towns too, if a plot was inactive or could not afford tax.

Or you were saying how after a long time the plots of inactive people reset, what about the nicer plots of people just be auctioned....

does the person who auctions the item get the full amount of money or is there a commission?

Good job also  :)

There is a small cost when placing an item on the auction, the increase depends on the amount you wish to have your item displayed.

There is also a 5% auctioneers cut on all sales you make. This does not effect buyers.

Does this money go anywhere or just vanish?

The Biomes look awesome, I look forward to exploring.

I have some experience with auctions on a different MC site , the only drawback was "Lurkers" (people the kept out of the auction until the last seconds and outbid the bidder by a small increment, will there be any safeguards to discourage such actions like limiting bids in the last five minutes to only a previous bidder or minimum bid increase amounts ?

Thank you everyone for all the hard work, it's very impressive, Hoppy the Ancient Miner.

You don't have to go down the auctioning route so to speak, we are allowing 'Buyout' options too for instant buy outs. If you prefer to auction, that's how auctions tend to pan out I'm afraid.

can you put reserves on items so they don't sell too low?

We'll have a 'Starting Price' so you can set a fixed price you want the bidding to start at.
