It is the sum of all your skill levels combined, then it is ranked from highest to lowest, and the top ten highest are the top skill levelers overall.

I remember when Top 100 was first started and I couldn't get onto it. It drove me crazy because HarryX11, Olah0001, zebra903 and deebles17 all had it. These guys are all my Noobscraft business/town partners and they're all good friends of mine. Seeing them on the Top 100 made me mad because I knew they were all gonna get Veteran and I figured I was never gonna make it on there but with perseverance and many long hours of Noobscraft with HarryX11, I got 98 out of 100. I'm glad that I get to Veteran and I look forward to the perks that will come with V6.

Im on this list but im not a veteran.. and i cant even log on..
